Try these things. They can help people to avoid back pain. Which is very common. Exercising, lose excess weight and maintaining goos posture are important. Practice standing tall, with your head up and your shoulders back, don´t slouching, sit straight. Slouching is bad for the spine. It is also bad for blood circulation. So, keep your back against the back of the chair, keep your feet flat on the floor and keep your knees slightly higher than your hips.
