I want to tell you that my uncle was in your situation and I will give you some advices that he took. First of all, he went with a nutriology and the doctor gave him a diet that consist just eating vegetables, natural juices like oranege, lemon, etc. and doing exercise at least 30 minutes by day. What is the best way to prevent back injury?

Try these things. They can help people to avoid back pain. Which is very common. Exercising, lose excess weight and maintaining goos posture are important. Practice standing tall, with your head up and your shoulders back, don´t slouching, sit straight. Slouching is bad for the spine. It is also bad for blood circulation. So, keep your back against the back of the chair, keep your feet flat on the floor and keep your knees slightly higher than your hips.

I wanna tell you that I´m so fine here, I´ve found a job near of my house, It´s a good job wich my schedule of work is very accesible and I can enjoy my free evenings. I have been meeting new friends in my job, all of them are very honest and with a good sense of humor.

I know that my friends miss me but coming soon I will visit them. Please, say to my dad who doesn´t worry for me, first off all, I´m going to visit you. I don´t want that he falls ill, He have to understand that I want to be independent and I haven´t forgotten you.

Well mom, I´m OK here and don´t worry for me, I will be fine alone and I will visit you consecutive...

Real de Catorce

Well, in this hw I have to design a place of our country but this place has to be near our state... and this place is Real de Catorce in San Luis Potosi...

The town of Real de Catorce is located in the heart of the Catorce mountain range, in the state of San Luis Potosi, on the north of Mexico. It is 2,750 meters above sea level and the main access route is through a tunnel 2,300 meters long.

Founded in the year of 1779 due to the discovery of rich silver mines, which led a crowd of miners and adventurers to arrive in search of fortune, unleashing a real silver fever amid very unfavorable conditions. The site was inaccessible, there were no roads, there was no water and supplies were difficult to get.

There are two main activities which the tourist can enjoy in Real de Catorce; the first takes place inside the town and the other in the surrounding mountains. Before going any further, it should be noted that this is a very peaceful place and that there is no night-life. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind from the stress of city life. In fact, it could be considered a healing environment. For this reason, walking is without a doubt the most important activity.

The landscapes are marvelous and in about an hour you can walk to a hill known as "El Quemado", a sacred Huichol site of enchanting beauty. From here one can enjoy a marvelous view of the mountains and the desert below, which is an abundant reward for the effort. This is only one of the numerous trips which can be enjoyed. Another interesting one is a visit to the "Ghost Town", high above the Ogarrio Tunnel and past the old "Concepción's Mine". Here you will find the ruins of the old mine works, including mills and warehouses, always enjoying the unforgettable and uplifting panoramas. It is also possible to rent horses, saving yourself some of the effort but still enjoying the mountains of Real.

Definitely, it´s a excellent place for our vacations although we can go one weekend, too and everybody will enjoy this wonderful place.
